San Mateo First Time Home Buyers

Need Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA)
San Mateo first time home buyers need EBAs' protection against someone taking advantage of them, as well as help in finding homes for sale on MLS, and not on MLS, a must in the purchasing process.
Our city is a wonderful place to shop, dine or see a movie. It offers many other interesting activities for children and adults. There is an 18-hole golf course, an ice-skating rink, a museum which focuses on the local environment, an art gallery, many sports leagues for kids, the Mid-Peninsula Boys and Girls Club, and a YMCA. Community organizations include Toastmasters, Adult Education and a Mothers Club.
The city began its development in the early 1860's just after a rail line was completed up the peninsula. Wealthy individuals chose to build summer and weekend homes there, and some of those wealthy land owners also developed businesses in the town.
In the 1880's the town had terrible experiences with fires. There was no fire department. Help had to travel all the way from Redwood City. After the first two fires, a town meeting was called, during which the building in which the meeting was held burned down. Very soon afterward a fire department was organized. With that and the completion of Crystal Springs Dam, providing abundant quality drinking water, the way was paved for the town to expand. The middle class began to move to the town, purchasing plots created from subdivided land.
The city is about a 20-minute drive from most major areas of employment, including the East Bay and Half Moon Bay. The International Airport is just a few minutes away. The commuter train, CalTrain, stops here and connects points all the way to Gilroy.
The city's neighbohoods vary greatly in character, offering opportunities in all price ranges to purchase a house or condominium. Contact us and we would be happy to introduce you to our fine city.

Worried about paying too much on price and fees? Wouldn't it be nice if you could count on getting the benefits you deserve without paying to much and learning the hard way?

Are you aware that listing agents hold written contracts with sellers requiring that their entire company do their best to get the highest possible price and terms for their listed properties? Who do you want negotiating for you? The seller's agent, the seller's brokerage, or a company that never lists property for sale or works for sellers?
