Ron Porter (CA DRE#00893599) majored in Dairy Industries and Engineering at Iowa State College. He worked 20 years in hi-tech as a magnetic media manufacturing manager in Silicon Valley. He turned to real estate in 1985. He is currently the manager of the Bay Area office of HomeBuyer Agents, Inc. where he helps agents provide Exclusive Buyer Agency services in the 8 counties of San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey.

Jocelyn Bischoff CA DRE # 01134171) majored in RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) with expanded duties. All at Santa Barbara City College. Then she moved to the Santa Cruz and San Jose area to continue in Dental Hygiene. She owned and operated a start up company called Bischoff's Diabetic Supplies, which became at one time the largest Diabetic mail order company in the nation.
